
During this workshop participants learn the fundamentals of effective communication, assess their individual communication style and identify alternative communication techniques for use in every day situations. Can be modified for a 90 minute presentation.
Participants explore the nuances and challenges that face today’s worker with
regard to interpersonal relationships. Attention is paid to the basic issues of
respect, fair treatment, and defining sexual harassment. Through a video and
interactive exercises and case studies participants get realistic, clear
information about their own responsibility for maintaining appropriate,
respectful relationships in the workplace.
