4 Hours

During this workshop participants learn the fundamentals of effective communication, assess their individual communication style and identify alternative communication techniques for use in every day situations. Can be modified for a 90 minute presentation.

Respectful Relationships At Work*

Participants explore the nuances and challenges that face today’s worker with regard to interpersonal relationships. Attention is paid to the basic issues of respect, fair treatment, and defining sexual harassment. Through a video and interactive exercises and case studies participants get realistic, clear information about their own responsibility for maintaining appropriate, respectful relationships in the workplace.

Mentoring Today's Generations At Work
4 Hours

Many organizations are experiencing special challenges with today’s new generation of workers. The shift in value systems, work ethic and the increased complexity of life in general present dilemmas for leaders and others who are called upon to provide training or informal mentoring to new employees. This course gives insights and techniques to develop more effective relationships. It is especially helpful for those working with people joining the workforce for the first time. A template for successful mentoring is also provided.

Workplace Inclusiveness: Beyond Diversity
2 half days

An 8 hour program done in 2 four hour segments designed to: enhance participants' awareness of their perceptions and attitudes about differences; gain an introduction to self-management skills; and to establish personal and organizational goals to ensure that all employees are included and fully utilized.

This full day workshop provides practical tips to team leaders in delegation, coaching, and providing meaningful feedback.

A 4 hour workshop that introduces participants to major conflict management styles, guides them in identifying their own conflict management style and develops methods to handle conflict more effectively.

More Positive Conflict

This sequel to Positive Conflict builds on the skills acquired in the first session. Ideally taken at least 3 months later, the program focuses on more complex skills and introduces a behavior management model that is proven to help people manage conflict more effectively.
