Peer relationships in a team environment are especially challenging when peers have disagreements or otherwise disappoint each other. Often, issues that are relatively minor are not attended to - until they evolve into a crisis. This half day course will give participants three key tools to help them surface, manage and resolve conflict. They will also learn how to identify major conflict management styles and to pinpoint their individual conflict management profile.
